Hon. Emmanuel J. Nuquay, Esq. is the Senator of Margibi County,Liberia elected to a term of nine years in the 2020 Special Senatorial Election. Currently, Senator Nuquay chairs the Liberian Legislature Joint Committee on Public Accounts and Expenditure, co. chairs the Committee on Commerce, Trade and Industry, and is a member of the Committee on Judiciary, Claims and Petitions, among others. Senator Nuquay is a lawyer by profession and has been in the political field for 15 years. Prior to being Senator of Margibi County, he served as the Director General Liberia Civil Aviation Authority (LCAA): 2018-2020 as well as Former Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Liberia: 2016-2018.

Hon. James Opiyo Wandayi, MP is the current Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee at the Kenyan National Assembly and a Member of Parliament representing Ugunja Constituency in Siaya County. He was first elected in 2013 and re-elected again for a five year term in 2018. Previously he served as a member of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock as well as the Departmental Committee on Environment & Natural Resources before joining Parliament, Hon Wandayi worked as a Senior Executive with British American Tobacco Company based at Nairobi.

Hon. Shadric Namalomba, MP is the current Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee in the Malawian National Assembly. He is a strategic business expert with skills in tax administration, tax and trade policy, financial planning and management, risk management and audit. Hon. Namalomba is also a member of several professional bodies including the Malawi Accountants Board-1999, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants(UK)-2010, and is a Certified Internal Auditor with the Institute of Internal Auditors(USA) -2004

Hon. Valens Muhakwa,MP is the current Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee,Rwanda and a Member of Parliament, Chamber of Deputies from 2018 to present. He previously served in different legal advisory capacities including as a legal specialist in the National Rehabilitation Service and a legal officer in the Rwanda Polytechnic Colleges.

Hon. Dr. James Klutse Avedzi,MP is the current Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee and Deputy Minority Leader in the National Assembly of Ghana. He is a certified chartered accountant admitted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He previously worked with the Controller and Accountant General’s Department as a Principal Accountant and was seconded to several government departments such as the Ministry of Tourism and Health. He joined active politics in 2004 and became a Member of Parliament for the Ketu North Constituency in January 2005 and has won his seat five (5) consecutive times. During his tenure, he has served as the Chairperson of the Finance Committee and a member of the Health committee for 8 years. He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Liverpool and a PhD in Policy and International Relations from the University of Costa Rica.

Hon.Themistokles Dudu Murorua is the current Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee in the Namibian National Assembly and the Chairperson of the Regional PAC network SADCOPAC. As a Certified Public Accountant by profession, Hon. Murorua, MP has worked in several sectors with some of his work being attributed with the World Wildlife Fund campaign Save the Rhino Trust.
